AI QA Engineer

We are looking for a QA Engineer who will help us build and scale quality processes in a fast-moving product environment.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys bringing structure to chaos, takes ownership, feels comfortable in startup-like environments, and actively integrates AI tools into daily workflows.

About the project:

A web-based platform that helps companies manage and monitor certification and security compliance processes across their workforce. The system enables managers to track employees’ certification statuses, required actions, expirations, and compliance-related activities while automating security and operational workflows in a centralized environment.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in QA Engineering;

• Strong experience in manual testing of web applications and/or APIs;

• Experience working as the sole QA engineer or within a small QA team;

• Experience working in startup or fast-paced product environments;

• Experience contributing to automation initiatives or improving automation coverage using modern testing tools and frameworks;

• Practical experience using AI tools in daily workflows (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, etc.);

• Strong exploratory and analytical testing skills;

• Ability to independently organize QA processes and take ownership;

• Strong communication and collaboration skills;

• English level — Upper-Intermediate and higher.

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing of web applications and/or APIs;

• Organize and maintain QA processes within the project independently or as part of a small team;

• Apply AI tools and AI-assisted approaches to optimize testing workflows and QA processes;

• Validate complex product workflows, integrations, and AI-assisted operational processes across the platform;

• Contribute to automation initiatives and help improve automation coverage;

• Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders in a fast-paced startup environment;

• Help ensure stable product quality and efficient delivery processes.

Nice to Have:

• Experience validating AI-powered features or AI-driven products;

• Familiarity with prompt testing or AI output validation;

• Experience using AI-assisted testing approaches;

• Experience with analytics/event validation or A/B testing;

• Experience with low-code/no-code automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier, etc.);

• Startup or product-company background.
