Company: SAGA Alliance is a German holding/alliance that invests in and develops businesses in the pop culture industry, particularly board and card games.

Project: An internal B2B web application platform that connects business units and portfolio companies within the company.

• 5+ years of experience as a BA

• Experience in analyzing, documenting, and mapping business workflows, including identifying operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies.

• Experience in gathering and clarifying business requirements and translating them into structured functional requirements.

• Experience with ERP/WMS/CRM systems.

• Understanding of order lifecycle, inventory/stock management, invoicing, purchasing, and operational workflows.

• Experience in logistics, distribution, or B2B operations is a plus.

• Ability to create functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Experience with Jira/Confluence and UAT/testing coordination.

• Basic understanding of APIs/integrations, system dependencies and limitations, and staging/test/production environments and release flows.

• Confident SQL for data analysis, business logic validation, workflow checks, and communication with development teams.

• Understanding of relational databases and JOIN queries.

• Strong communication with business stakeholders and technical teams; ability to clarify unclear requirements and structure discussions/workshops.

• Understanding of ERP as a shared ecosystem across multiple Business Units, global IT governance and standards, and Cross-Business Unit Impact of changes and process optimizations.

• Languages: English B2+ (mandatory), Ukrainian fluent

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Analyze and optimize business processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to clarify requirements and ensure successful solution delivery
• Analyze ERP processes, including order management, inventory, procurement, invoicing, and operational workflows
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate delivered solutions against business requirements
• Maintain project documentation in Jira and Confluence and ensure compliance with IT governance standards
• Perform data analysis using SQL to validate business logic, investigate issues, and support decision-making
