CMO — Nutra / Affiliate Marketing

We are looking for an experienced CMO / Head of Marketing to lead and scale the marketing function of a fast-growing product company in the Nutra / Affiliate Marketing industry.

• Experience as a CMO / Head of Marketing / Marketing Lead.
• Strong background in Affiliate Marketing, ideally Nutra.
• Proven team and budget management experience.
• Strong understanding of marketing metrics, analytics and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with conferences, networking and side-event organization.

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy.
• Manage the marketing team, roles and KPIs.
• Plan and control a $10K–60K/month marketing budget.
• Analyze leads, revenue and marketing performance.
• Develop the brand, SMM and content strategy.
• Organize participation in industry conferences and affiliate events.
• Build partnerships and negotiate side events within the affiliate industry.
• Improve marketing processes, reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate with Affiliate, HR, Finance and IT teams.

• Existing affiliate industry connections are a strong plus.
