Description
We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to drive lead generation campaigns for businesses serving the US market.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how to generate qualified leads through paid advertising, optimize funnels, and make data-driven decisions that directly impact business growth.
You will take ownership of campaign strategy, execution, optimization, tracking, and reporting across multiple advertising platforms while working closely with a small, performance-focused team.

Requirements
4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid acquisition campaigns
Proven experience running campaigns for the US market
Strong lead generation background with measurable results
Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (required)
Working knowledge of Microsoft/Bing Ads
Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
Ability to analyze performance data and make optimization decisions independently
Strong understanding of marketing funnels and customer acquisition journeys
Excellent written and spoken English
Experience working with CRM systems, offline conversions, and lead attribution is a plus
Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or similar platforms is an advantage
Responsibilities
Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other paid channels
Develop lead generation strategies focused on acquiring qualified prospects, not just traffic
Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve CPL, CPA, conversion rates, and overall ROI
Build and optimize acquisition funnels, landing pages, and conversion paths
Implement and maintain accurate tracking using GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking tools
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research
Run A/B tests across creatives, messaging, targeting, and landing pages
Create performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to improve campaign performance
Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline workflows, reporting, and campaign management
