• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English

• Experience teaching IT specialists

• Responsibility and ownership

• Positive attitude and cheerfulness, enjoyment from working with people

• Experience working with digital tools for education

• Conduct mock interviews with QA Engineers and developers

• Perform English assessment with new team members

• Conduct speaking clubs with the team

• Provide short catch-ups with the team to give advice on the things they need to work on

• Tailor materials for different activities (speaking club, mock interviews, etc.)

• Improve existing teaching frameworks in the company and introducing new ones

• Certificate that proves level of English (like IELTS, TOEFL, CAT, etc.)

• Skills building teaching materials with tools like Canva and Notion

• Experience integrating LLMs in work pipelines (ChatGPT or Claude)

• Experience conducting speaking clubs and mock interviews
