We are looking for a Monitoring Specialist to support the stable flow of payment operations. The role focuses on monitoring transactions, reviewing payment data, identifying operational issues, and ensuring that payments are processed correctly and without disruptions.

Requirements
Strong attention to detail and a responsible approach to work
Confidence in working with numbers and structured data
Ability to identify errors and unusual patterns
Readiness to work in shifts
English level of A2 or higher
Responsibilities
Monitor and track payment transactions
Review payment metrics and internal dashboards
Set up and monitor bank accounts
Identify and resolve operational issues
Track account limits and payment route stability
Support fund withdrawals through financial and crypto providers
Monitor suspicious or potentially fraudulent transactions
Nice to Have
Previous experience in fintech, payment operations, banking, or finance
Basic understanding of online payment processing
