We are looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of TEUS Space as a fully-fledged digital product — from understanding customer needs and shaping product strategy to launching new features, analyzing results, and achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the product roadmap for TEUS Space.
Research customer needs, the market, and the competitive landscape.
Conduct customer interviews and systematically collect feedback.
Generate, validate, and prioritize product hypotheses.
Build and manage the product backlog.
Define tasks for the development team and monitor their delivery.
Coordinate collaboration between IT, Sales, Logistics, Operations, and other departments.
Organize testing and launch of new features.
Analyze user behavior and product usage.
Track key product metrics and the performance of launched features.
Use data to identify further product improvements.
Participate in developing the monetization model and business model for TEUS Space.
Manage timelines for product initiatives and launches.
Prepare regular reports on product development and key performance indicators.
Use AI and modern digital tools to improve and automate product processes.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in Product Management / Product Ownership.
Hands-on experience developing digital products, B2B services, SaaS, or technology products.
Understanding of the full product lifecycle: customer need → hypothesis → validation → prioritization → development → launch → results analysis → improvement.
Experience developing product strategies and roadmaps.
Experience working with product metrics and user behavior analytics.
Experience conducting customer interviews and working with feedback.
Strong skills in developing and validating product hypotheses.
Experience planning and prioritizing product backlogs.
Experience working closely with development teams.
Experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
Confident use of Excel and Google Sheets.
Experience with Google Analytics / product analytics is a plus.
Knowledge of Confluence / Notion and Figma is a plus.
Experience with AI and automation is a plus.
English at B2+ level is a plus.
Higher education in Economics, Management, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
What We Offer
Official employment.
Salary of UAH 70,000 net during the probation period.
After successful completion of the probation period — UAH 70,000–80,000 net + KPI bonus of up to UAH 30,000–35,000.
2-month probation period.
Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
Comfortable office in Odesa with a backup generator.
Opportunity to work remotely 1 day per week.
Occasional business trips for customer meetings and participation in professional events.
