
Product Owner
Description
As a Product Owner, you will own and prioritize the product backlog for one or more core SaaS platform capabilities, including connectivity, authentication and authorization, APIs and integrations, workflow services, notification systems, and shared user interface components. You will work closely with customers, stakeholders, and development teams to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver high-value solutions that enhance the customer experience and support business objectives.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong product discovery capabilities, analytical problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to lead products through the full lifecycle from concept through continuous improvement.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in product ownership or product management, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.
Proven experience owning the full product lifecycle, from discovery and roadmap development through backlog prioritization, delivery, launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.
Strong product discovery skills, including customer interviews, market research, competitor analysis, and hypothesis validation.
Ability to translate business goals and user needs into clear product requirements, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, including experience defining and tracking product KPIs.
Experience analyzing product adoption, funnels, retention, conversion, churn, and other relevant performance indicators.
Experience with A/B testing, product experiments, and decision-making based on metrics.
Solid knowledge of stakeholder management and risk management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
English at Advanced (C1) level or higher, both written and spoken, for collaboration with international teams and stakeholders.
Experience using AI tools for research, analysis, prototyping, or workflow automation.

Own and prioritize the product backlog for one or more SaaS platform service areas, such as connectivity, authentication and authorization, APIs and integrations, workflow services, notification systems, or shared UI components.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the product, its users, existing functionality, business processes, technical constraints, company standards, roadmap, and intended future state.
Lead product discovery activities, including customer interviews and Customer Support shadow sessions, to identify and validate customer needs, pain points, and product opportunities.
Contribute to product strategy, roadmap development, and quarterly planning.
Assess incoming requests against customer value, business impact, product strategy, current capabilities, planned improvements, risks, dependencies, and available capacity.
Translate validated product opportunities into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
Collaborate with engineering, design, quality assurance, Customer Support, and other stakeholders throughout product discovery and delivery.
Define and monitor product KPIs using tools such as Mixpanel to evaluate usage, adoption, customer behaviour, and product outcomes.
Combine quantitative data with feedback from customers, support teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify product and process gaps, drive adoption, and inform roadmap decisions.
Understand how customers use the product and recommend improvements to existing processes and the Portal experience.
Balance competing stakeholder interests and make transparent, evidence-based product decisions within the role’s delegated authority.
Clearly communicate product priorities, decisions, trade-offs, roadmap changes, results, and the rationale behind key decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.
Provide internal education, demonstrations, and supporting communications for relevant product changes.
Participate actively in team and stakeholder meetings and complete assigned actions within agreed timescales.

Experience working within or serving the US managed service provider sector.
Experience navigating corporate environments and collaborating across multiple teams and stakeholder groups.
Certified Scrum Product Owner, Professional Scrum Product Owner, or equivalent certification.
