We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join a healthcare project. You will own the end-to-end delivery of the product, coordinating engineers, QA, and client stakeholders to keep timelines on track and quality high.

Resourceful and proactive problem-solver, comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.
Meticulous attention to detail, especially where sensitive health-related data is concerned.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivery timelines and quality.
Clear, confident communicator who can align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Calm under deadline pressure, able to prioritize and unblock the team without cutting corners on quality.
Requirements:
Hands-on PM experience managing healthcare / health-tech projects is mandatory for this role.
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery methodologies.
Experience with project tracking and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar).
Strong risk and timeline management skills, with a track record of delivering under deadline pressure.
Upper-Intermediate+ English, both written and verbal, for direct client communication.
Comfort handling sensitive and confidential data responsibly, with a least-privilege mindset.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with HIPAA and other healthcare data privacy regulations.
PMP, PMI, or a Scrum/Agile certification.
Technical background sufficient to read specs and follow technical discussions with the engineering team.
As a Project Manager You Will:
Own end-to-end delivery of the healthcare project, from planning through release.
Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk logs, proactively flagging and resolving blockers.
Coordinate closely with engineering and QA to ensure quality and consistency across deliverables.
Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, providing clear status updates and managing expectations.
Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, keeping the team aligned and focused.
Ensure sensitive health-related data is handled with strict confidentiality, following the principle of least privilege, throughout the project lifecycle.
Continuously improve delivery processes based on lessons learned across the project.
