What you’ll do:
✅ Identify and attract new direct advertisers across key industries (Retail, eCommerce, FMCG, Finance, etc.).
✅ Lead high-level negotiations with Marketing Directors and Heads of Departments.
✅ Craft tailored advertising proposals in collaboration with our internal teams.
✅ Drive the sales process from the first "hello" to a successful campaign launch.

Who you are:
🔹 3+ years of B2B sales experience (experience with direct clients is a must).
🔹 Deep understanding of digital advertising and marketing.
🔹 A proactive "hunter" mindset focused on new business development.
🔹 Background in performance agencies or knowledge of programmatic is a huge plus!
