Senior Product Designer

We’re looking for a Product Designer to join a long-term StellarsTech client building a platform that helps manage after-school activities in one place.

About the project:

EdTech SaaS platform for managing after-school activities. The product is an all-in-one system that allows schools and extracurricular providers to run and manage their operations in one place, including scheduling, classes, student and family management, communication, marketing and lead generation, payments, reporting, analytics, automations, and internal workflows.

What makes you a good fit:

• 4–5+ years in UX/UI or Product Design, preferably in SaaS or other operations-heavy platforms.

• Strong portfolio showcasing iterative improvements to complex systems and delivery of elegant, scalable solutions.

• Proficiency in Figma and a track record of collaborating effectively with engineers.

• Strong problem-solving mindset with systems thinking and a user-centered approach balanced with business goals.

• Experience optimizing workflows using AI-powered tools.

• Confident English communication skills for direct collaboration with clients.

• Understanding of software development principles.

What Will You Do:

• Build and own the full design process loop: research → flows → wireframes → polished UI → hand-off.

• Turn complex workflows into simple experiences across scheduling, payments, staff/parent management, and reporting.

• Rebuild the dated UI kit into a scalable, accessible design system for web and mobile.

• Validate and iterate quickly through usability testing, user feedback, and product analytics.

• Build and validate product hypotheses using user insights and A/B testing.

• Collaborate closely with the product owner, engineers, and stakeholders, while managing alignment and expectations across teams.
