Team Lead

Kultprosvet is a team of web and mobile software developers. We are expanding and looking for a talented Team Lead to join our team.

Our Product is a digital wellness platform focused on helping individuals and couples build healthier relationships. It combines professional guidance, personalized programs, digital exercises, and AI-powered tools to support better communication and emotional well-being.

We're looking for a hands-on Team Lead to own the intersection of product, growth, and engineering. This is not a hands-off management role—you'll spend most of your time writing code and shipping features yourself, while also setting technical direction and mentoring a small team of engineers. You'll own our web and mobile-facing surfaces end-to-end: custom frontend work, React Native app contributions, server integrations, and analytics instrumentation.

You'll work closely with marketing, product, and engineering to ship fast, measure everything, and iterate with intent, while raising the bar for the engineers around you. This is a high-impact role where both your commits and your team's output directly move conversion metrics across web and mobile.

• 3+ years experience in leading a team of engineers
• 4+ years of experience in a frontend or mobile engineering role with real production responsibilities
• Strong, hands-on React Native experience—you've built and shipped features in a production mobile app
• Strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/React—you write clean, maintainable code and know when to reach for a framework
• Experience integrating with REST APIs and passing data between frontend/mobile surfaces and backend services
• Proficiency in Figma—able to work directly from design files without hand-holding
• Experience with responsive design, performance optimization, and accessibility standards
• Comfortable balancing individual contribution with light team leadership (code review, planning, mentorship)
• Great communication skills and a can-do attitude
• Upper Intermediate spoken and written English

• Hands-on development: Spend the majority of your time writing production code—React Native features, custom frontend work, and server integrations
• Technical leadership: Set technical direction for the team's web/mobile growth engineering work; review code, unblock teammates, and help them grow
• Team coordination: Plan and prioritize the team's work alongside product and marketing stakeholders; make sure the team ships reliably
• Mobile app development: Build and ship features in our React Native app—UI components, navigation flows, and integrations with native modules where needed
• Frontend development: Write custom HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React to handle complex interactions, dynamic content, and responsive layouts across web and mobile
• Server integrations: Connect frontend and mobile experiences to backend endpoints (REST APIs), pass data between systems, and implement webhook flows
• Experimentation: Plan, implement, and analyze A/B tests; instrument experiments with proper analytics hooks from day one
• Performance & reliability: Own app and page performance, Core Web Vitals where applicable, and uptime for user-facing properties—treat them like production systems
• Cross-functional execution: Collaborate with marketing on campaign launches, with product on growth flows, and with engineering on API contracts and data integrations
• Web presence (as needed): Contribute to Webflow sites, WordPress properties, and standalone landing pages with clean, production-grade code

• Webflow experience (CMS, custom code, interactions) and/or WordPress development (themes, plugins, custom templates)
• Familiarity with A/B testing tooling (VWO, Optimizely, or equivalent)
• Familiarity with analytics instrumentation (Amplitude, Segment, GA4, or similar) and event taxonomy design
• Familiarity with tag management (GTM) or customer data pipelines
• SEO fundamentals: technical SEO, building websites with high SEO scores
• Light backend experience—comfortable reading server logs, writing simple scripts, or extending a backend endpoint to support a GTM need
• Experience in a B2C startup environment where growth velocity matters
• Illustration or UI graphics skills are a plus—but secondary to engineering depth
