Requirements
- Proven experience as a Media Buying Team Lead
- Strong expertise in FB and/or ASO
- Gambling / Betting experience
- Strong understanding of traffic economics and scaling
- Systematic, data-driven approach
- Ability to build a team and processes from scratch
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a team of Media Buyers
- Develop and scale the buying strategy
- Monitor performance and optimize processes
- Set KPIs and develop team members
- Work closely with Creative, Affiliate and BizDev teams
