Pay only if you make a hire
The Success Fee is 10% of the hired candidate's agreed gross monthly salary in USD (or USD equivalent). It is a one-time fee, not a subscription.
For example, hiring a Senior Backend Engineer at $5,500 monthly costs you $550 total. No other fees, no contact charges, no minimum spend.
The Success Fee is locked at the moment you first contact the candidate. If the candidate's salary expectations change later, the fee does not.
The invoice for a successful hire should be paid within 30 days of the candidate's start date. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and SWIFT wire transfer in USD or EUR. Contact support@jobico.io for billing questions.
30-day warranty for a hire
If a candidate hired through Jobico leaves your company within 30 days of their start date - for any reason - we cancel the Success Fee. If you have already paid, request a full refund or an account credit valid for 12 months toward future hires. Send a request to support@jobico.io within 60 days of the candidate's last working day.
Hire juniors for free
Jobico does not charge a fee for hiring junior candidates. A junior is any candidate whose agreed gross monthly salary is below $700 USD. This applies automatically - no action required.
