About Jobico

Jobico is an online platform that connects IT professionals with employers in the Ukrainian job market.

Jobico acts as an intermediary only. We are not an employer, staffing agency, or party to any employment contract formed through the platform. All hiring decisions are made solely by employers.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; unresolved disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Ukrainian courts. We will notify users of material changes to these terms at least 30 days in advance.

Accounts and Registration

You must be at least 16 years old to use Jobico. By registering you confirm you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

• Each person may hold one account per role (Candidate or Employer).
• Employers must register with a valid corporate email address.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may authenticate via email and password, or via Google, GitHub, or LinkedIn OAuth.
• Jobico reserves the right to verify employer accounts before granting full access.

You may not create accounts on behalf of another person without their explicit consent, or use automated means to create accounts.

Services

For Candidates

Candidates may create a profile, search and apply for vacancies, use in-app messaging, save jobs, and receive AI-powered Match Scores. All candidate features are free of charge.

For Employers

Employers may post vacancies, search and save candidate profiles, add private notes on candidates, use screening questions, manage applications, and communicate via in-app chat. Employers pay only on a successful hire as described in the Fees section.

Employers may connect their own recruiting systems to Jobico through the Employer API and webhooks. API keys and webhook secrets are confidential. The employer is responsible for every request made with them, must store them securely, and must rotate them immediately if they are exposed. Data received through the API or webhooks may be used only to process applications to the employer's own vacancies. It must be protected as required by applicable data-protection law and deleted when the candidate asks, or as soon as it is no longer needed for that vacancy. Selling it, passing it on, or using it for any other purpose is prohibited and leads to revocation of access.

Distribution of Public Job Postings

Job postings published on Jobico are public content. To increase their reach, Jobico may share public job postings (title, description, location, employment details, company name, and salary unless the employer chose to hide it) with partner job aggregators and search engines. Syndicated listings always link back to the original posting on Jobico, and applications are processed on the platform. Deactivated or hidden postings are excluded from such distribution. This does not grant third parties any right to scrape or otherwise extract data from the platform.

Jobico may also promote public job postings through its own channels - including social media, newsletters, and messaging channels - to attract users to the platform. Such posts do not include the company name or any sensitive data and use only public information; the posting may be presented in an adapted or summarized form. Where practical, promotional posts link back to the original posting on Jobico. Deactivated or hidden postings are excluded from such promotion.

Fees and Payment

Jobs posted on or after 1 October 2026 carry a fee of 20% of the hired candidate's first monthly salary. The fee is locked at the moment you first contact the candidate. Jobs posted before 1 October 2026 carry no fee even if the hire happens later. Current terms are described on the pricing page.

Concealing a hire, refusing to confirm it, or leaving an invoice unpaid is a breach of these terms. In those cases Jobico may restrict or permanently close access to the platform for both the company and the candidate involved in the hire. We contact the party to clarify the situation before applying any restriction.

Conduct and Termination

Users must communicate respectfully and professionally. Jobico is a platform for legitimate employment activity only.

• Do not post false, misleading, or discriminatory content.
• Do not contact candidates outside the platform for purposes unrelated to the posted vacancy.
• Do not attempt to bypass fees by hiring a candidate introduced via Jobico outside the platform.
• Do not conceal a hire made through Jobico, avoid confirming it, or avoid paying the fee.
• Do not use automated scraping, bots, or other tools to extract data.
• Do not harass, threaten, or deceive other users.

Violations may result in warnings, account suspension, or permanent termination at Jobico's discretion. To delete your account, go to Settings and select Delete Account, or email support@jobico.io. Account deletion removes your public profile within 30 days; certain records may be retained as required by law.
