Services
For Candidates
Candidates may create a profile, search and apply for vacancies, use in-app messaging, save jobs, and receive AI-powered match scores. All candidate features are free of charge.
For Employers
Employers may post vacancies, search and save candidate profiles, add private notes on candidates, use screening questions, manage applications, and communicate via in-app chat. Employers pay only on a successful hire as described in the Fees section.
Fees and Payment
Success Fee
Employers pay a success fee of 10% of the hired candidate's agreed gross monthly salary in USD (or USD equivalent). The fee is due within 30 days of the candidate's start date.
Junior Hire Exception
No fee is charged if the agreed gross monthly salary is below $700 USD (or equivalent). This exception applies automatically - no action required.
Hire Reporting
Employers must report a hire through the platform within 14 days of the candidate's start date. Failure to report may result in account suspension. Contact billing@jobico.app with any questions.
Refunds and Credits
If a hired candidate leaves (voluntarily or is dismissed) within 30 days of their start date, the employer may request either: (a) a full refund, or (b) a Jobico account credit valid for 12 months toward future hire fees. Refund or credit requests must be submitted within 60 days of the candidate's last working day and must include reasonable proof of termination (such as a termination document). Send requests to billing@jobico.app.

Users must communicate respectfully and professionally. Jobico is a platform for legitimate employment activity only.

- Do not contact candidates outside the platform for purposes unrelated to the posted vacancy.
- Do not attempt to bypass fees by hiring a candidate introduced via Jobico outside the platform.
