We're seeking an AppLovin Media Buyer who knows how to drive user acquisition through high-performing AppLovin campaigns. If you thrive on making data driven decisions, testing and scaling winning creatives, and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROAS - we want to hear from you.
In this role, you'll be responsible for launching and scaling AppLovin campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating closely with top tier specialists, like, creative strategist, marketing technologist and many more to develop winning ad concepts and campaign setups that convert with high profitability.

2+ years of experience as a Media Buyer or User Acquisition Specialist working with AppLovin or other performance marketing platforms
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions quickly and independently
Experience collaborating with creative teams and understanding what makes ad creatives convert
Ability to work independently, communicate transparently, and take ownership of campaign performance
Previous experience in mobile apps, gaming, direct response, or aggressive performance marketing is considered a strong advantage
English proficiancy (B2 and higher)

Plan, launch, and optimize AppLovin campaigns focused on profitable user acquisition and scaling worldwide markets (yes, even Mexico, Brazil, and USA)
Monitor campaign performance daily and improve results through bidding strategies, event optimization, audience signals, and creative testing
Work closely with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions
Analyze campaign data, ROAS metrics, retention, and cohort performance to identify scaling opportunities
Manage large advertising budgets while maintaining profitability targets
Optimize campaigns based on CPI, CPA, ROAS, retention, and LTV performance metrics
Identify and test new scaling opportunities, GEOs, funnels, and creative angles
Participate in regular brainstorming sessions focused on maximizing campaign performance and scaling success
Stay up to date with AppLovin platform updates, market trends, and industry best practices
