Data Engineer Architect

• Own end-to-end on-premise DW architecture
• Migrate existing SSRS, SAP BO and MS Access workloads to the new MS SQL Server 2025-based platform
• Design dimensions, facts, staging
• Define SCD1/SCD2, grain, keys
• Build complex ETL pipelines
• Set standards for naming & metadata
• Optimize DW performance
• Review ETL work and mentor engineers
• Make technical decisions

Skills:
• Expert T-SQL
• Unserstanding of BI tools (prefrably PowerBI)
• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services
• Advanced SSIS & ETL patterns
• Dimensional modeling
• SQL Server internals & perf tuning
• CDC/Replication design
• Data quality, lineage, logging frameworks
