Fullstack Engineer (Banking)

Spendbase is a global fintech company with a startup mindset, helping businesses optimize their spending on SaaS, cloud services, and corporate cards.

We’re looking for a Fullstack Engineer to join our Banking team and help build and scale our fintech products.

If you have experience in fintech or banking, enjoy solving complex problems, and want to work in a fast-paced product environment - this role might be for you!

What we're looking for
- 4+ years of experience in software development
- Experience working with fintech products . ideally in banking, but crypto or trading experience is also relevant
- Strong engineering background and ability to work across the stack
- Golang is a strong plus, but we’re also open to engineers with experience in other backend technologies
- Experience with databases and building scalable systems
- Someone who takes initiative, communicates openly, and knows how to think through complex problems
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a startup mindset
- English B2+

What you'll do
- Develop and maintain backend and frontend functionality
- Build scalable and reliable banking products

- Work closely with engineers, QA, and product teams
- Take ownership of tasks and contribute to technical decisions
- Solve complex technical challenges

Nice to have
- Experience with Golang
- Experience with distributed or high-load systems
