Toolshed Slovakia is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee manufacturing projects involving metal components and ensure their successful delivery from planning to completion.

University degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Project Management.
At least 5 years of project management experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in metalworking.
In-depth knowledge of aluminium, steel, and titanium manufacturing processes.
Experience with project management systems and CAD/CAM software.
Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2) or higher.
PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.

Plan, organize, and manage metal component manufacturing projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate production, engineering, and quality departments to ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets.
Manage project resources, schedules, and costs while maintaining high quality standards.
Communicate with clients to clarify requirements, provide regular progress updates, and resolve issues.
Monitor technical progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
Maintain project documentation and report project status to management.
Optimize manufacturing processes and improve operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and workplace safety standards.
