Senior Salesforce Developer

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer / Consultant to join a new Salesforce initiative currently at the presales stage.

This role combines hands-on Salesforce development with solution design, technical consulting, platform assessment, and process optimization. You will work directly with stakeholders to evaluate the current Salesforce landscape, identify improvement opportunities, and help shape the future architecture, development processes, and AI-driven capabilities of the platform.

This is a unique opportunity to join the project at its earliest stage and have a real impact on both technical decisions and long-term product direction.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial Salesforce development experience;

• Strong expertise with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Flows;

• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC);

• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, platform capabilities, and limitations;

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud;

• Experience designing and maintaining Salesforce integrations (REST APIs, middleware platforms, MuleSoft, or similar);

• Experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD processes;

• Strong understanding of Git-based development workflows;

• Experience conducting technical assessments, platform reviews, audits, or health checks;

• Ability to work independently and provide technical recommendations;

• Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with stakeholders;

• Upper-Intermediate+ English.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and assess existing Salesforce implementations, architecture, and development processes;

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives;

• Implement and maintain custom Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and related technologies;

• Review existing codebase and recommend architectural and technical improvements;

• Participate in Salesforce health checks, audits, and platform optimization initiatives;

• Analyze and improve automation, workflows, and business processes;

• Design, implement, and support integrations with third-party systems;

• Collaborate directly with stakeholders to define technical solutions and best practices;

• Contribute to Salesforce DevOps strategy, CI/CD setup, and deployment processes;

• Support platform scalability, maintainability, security, and performance;

• Evaluate and implement AI-powered capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem;

• Identify opportunities to improve engineering productivity and business processes through AI and automation.

Nice to Have:

• Salesforce certifications;

• Experience with Copado or other Salesforce DevOps platforms;

• Experience with Elements Cloud;

• Experience using Salesforce Code Analyzer;

• Experience with Salesforce Einstein AI, Agentforce, or other Salesforce AI products;

• Experience integrating Salesforce with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar AI platforms;

• Experience building AI-powered assistants, copilots, workflows, or automation solutions.
