SEO Team Lead PNB/DROP

This is a hands-on Team Lead position for someone with deep expertise in drop domains, PBN infrastructure, and authority building.

You'll lead a dedicated direction responsible for domain acquisition, PBN development, link strategy, and scaling SEO assets. The role combines technical expertise, strategic thinking, and team leadership.

• Lead and develop the Drop Domains / PBN team 

• Build and execute scalable domain acquisition strategies 

• Search, evaluate, purchase, and manage drop domains 

• Build and maintain PBN infrastructure 

• Analyze expired domains, auction domains, and backlink profiles 

• Define quality standards for domain selection and PBN growth 

• Work closely with SEO, Link Building, and Development teams 

• Optimize domain acquisition costs and ROI 

• Mentor team members and improve internal processes 

• Research new approaches for authority growth and SEO scaling 

• 4+ years of SEO experience, preferably within iGaming 

• Experience leading an SEO or PBN team 

• Strong hands-on experience with: 

  • Drop Domains 

  • Expired Domains 

  • Domain Auctions 

  • PBN Networks 

  • Redirect Strategies 

• Deep understanding of domain authority metrics and backlink analysis 

• Experience with Ahrefs, Semrush, Majestic, Netpeak Checker (or similar) 

• Understanding of domain brokers, auctions, and backorder services 

• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on ROI 

• Ability to prioritize, make decisions, and own results 
   

Experience with automation tools 

• Experience managing freelancers and external vendors 

• Experience working with Tier-1 GEOs 

• Broader technical SEO expertise
